muscle gain
My best tip for more muscle mass is slow down. It has been proven
that if you slow down your eccentric movement to about 4 seconds
you will
place a greater amount of stress on
the muscle creating a greater soreness but also faster gains
by improving your strength.
The eccentric movement of an isotonic
exercise is when you lower the weight down through fighting
against gravity. So this would be the lowering of the weight
on a bicep
curl, the opposite action to what you think would be the more
important.
My second tip for faster muscle growth is to
ask your MOM for help. Find out more ..
My other tip for a bigger
musclses is to drink lots of water. The more muscle mass
you have the more water your
body will want. The more it holds the more
your muscles will look fuller and therefore bigger.
Importantly, muscles need to be feed
in order to grow. And proteins are the best source of this
growth. As
a rough
guide you will want to consume around 1-1.5grams of protein
per kilogram
of bodyweight if you are wanting to put on muscle, Make it
2 grams per kilogram of body weight and you'll be on your way
to massive muscle
mass.
To get this much protein
will require food supplements.
You will then need to sleep and rest heaps. Muscles won’t
grow just because you train them, despite that big bulge
you see at the end of your sessions. This is simply blood
rushing
to the
overworked muscle trying to work as fast as possible to repair
any potential damage.
Men will always gain
muscle faster, quicker, and bigger than females. Testosterone
is the key. Males can produce in a day
the same
amount of testosterone a female can produce in a week.
Your training needs to be heavy. To get
best results you need to train really hard, pushing out those
last few reps when you
think all is gone. Intensity needs to be very high, but structured,
to avoid overtraining, A Get Personal trainer will ensure
your program will give you plenty of adequate rest to
make sure you don’t over train.
On your road to bigger bulk you might need
to add supplements to your diet. These can speed your gains
as well as help you recover
faster. Your trainer will again be able to suggest
what would work best for you.
